Utah saw an incredible amount of rain drop overnight on Saturday. Some have dubbed it a "hundred year storm," which dropped a startling amount of water across all of Utah, flooding many areas. We bring on Emergency Manager Division Chief, Ty Shepard, to talk about what the scene looks like down in Rose Park and how long it might take before the neighborhood is back to normal.
