May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to reflect on important aspects of mental health, work to alleviate its burden, and reduce the stigma associated with mental health problems. After an unprecedented year in critical care with the COVID-19 pandemic, these topics are more relevant than ever.

In this episode of Critical Matters, we will discuss the topic of clinician well-being. We will discuss the impact of COVID-19 on clinician well-being, the relationship of burnout with mental health, and end with a focus on some actionable steps within our control to promote clinician well-being.
