Dom welcomes Councilwoman Quetcy Lozada back onto the Dom Giordano Program after the bill she co-sponsored banning safe injection sites in Philadelphia passed through City Council with only one ‘no’ vote. First, Quetcy tells how she was able to get all Councilmembers on board with the bill, explaining that she is in favor of treatment for individuals, but she and others in Council know that this is not the solution.
