Four  years after an attempt to overthrow president Pierre Nkurunziza, neighboring countries received many Burundian refugees and many more were internally displaced. An attempt that brought so many of the opposition party leaders to flee Burundi including some from the ruling party who were involved in the coup. While still in exile most of these leaders formed a coalition known as  CNARED-GIRITEKA. Four years later, its members want to go back to Burundi to take part in the 2020 election, however they have a list of full request.
