Her flagship program, Getting Unstuck, has helped more than 4,000 women change their relationship with alcohol.
Kate doesn't coach one-on-one at all. Instead, she built her whole business on a group cohort model with a monthly membership on the back end. She shares exactly how it works, what it costs, how she markets it, and the newspaper she picked up on a train that got the whole thing started.
