What do you do when you find in a circumstance that you don’t like? Do your thoughts make your situation feel better or worse? The concept that I have control over my thoughts and feelings, and therefore my actions and results was a mind blowing philosophy when I was first introduced to it years ago, and I have found this philosophy help me in so many situations since.
This week, I had the chance to interview Robin Davis, a Certified Life Coach from The Life Coach School. I have LOVED using the model they teach there for years, and have used it in self coaching with a lot of success. In this episode, Robin breaks down the model to apply to any situation in your life, and then takes the time to coach me with a personal dilemma I have been having.
