I'm currently serving in a scouting consulting role with the Ireland senior women's national team which is competing in the FIBA EuroBasket qualifiers. I also chair the Elite Performance Committee for Basketball Ireland, the committee which governs all 8 national teams. I have been involved in high level basketball in some capacity since 1988, serving as a head men's college coach for 5 years, as a head girls' high school coach for 3 years, and as an assistant at various levels (high school [US and Ireland], NCCAA Division II, NCAA Divisions I and III, and NAIA). Lastly, I have done coach consulting via Basketball Mentoring, my coach consulting organization, since 2013.
