-Log of Mozzarella (preferably fresh) -Fresh Basil - whole leaves -Tomatoes- sliced -Reduced Balsamic  -Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Salt & Pepper to taste) 

Slice the mozzarella, put fresh basil and sliced tomatoes on top - top with balsamic and EVOO! Simple, fresh and delicious!
