This episode is all about week 3 of A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J Maas. We discuss chapters 24-38. This week is all about the heist! First, Feyre and the inner circle organize their plans at Nesta and Elain's manor. The attor swoops in but Rhys saves Feyre just in the nick of time. Feyre learns to love Velaris and realizes she can't go back to Tamlin. She also realizes how fun it is to flirt with Rhys! We get some bonding moments between her and Cassian, Mor and Amren and then they gear up to steal half of the book they need from the Summer Court. There's a daring escape, help from some old friends, and some pretty serious gemstones in play. Finally, we get an imaginary glimpse into a....lingerie store?

This is the 2nd week of SJM's A Court of Mist and Fury. This week we are tackling Chapters 14-23. In this week's episode, we meet Rhys' inner circle and hear all about how they came to be friends with the most powerful high lord in history. We get a tense but funny dinner, a terrifying trip into a mountain prison to meet a small child who carves people's death in bones (and who just happens to be a bit of a gossip). We also get a terrifying heist into some crazy lady's home to steal back a ring. In between all of these adventures, Feyre contemplates her relationship with Tamlin, explores Velaris and has quite a bit of fun flirting with the High Lord of the Night Court. Lastly, Feyre visits the human lands to see her sisters and ask them a really important question. But what is it?

This is our last week talking all things Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo, chapters 30 to the end. This week sees us jumping POVs between all of our crows. Jesper and Wylan act like 007 and rappel from a building, take out some guards, disable a gate, cut through glass with a diamond and steal a tank! Inej finally gets some revenge on Tante Heleen and makes a death-defying leap out a window. Nina comes face to face with a ghost and finds the person she's come to rescue and we finally figure out just how trustworthy Matthias is. Finally, Kaz figures out how he feels and asks a serious question of Inej. Will our crows come out victorious? Will they get their happy endings?? Who knows!!

In this episode of Six of Crows, by Leigh Bardugo we discuss chapters 20-29 - the heist begins! Our group of 6 put their plans into motion in the country of Fjerda. They stow away on a prison wagon (liberating six unknowing prisoners), get locked in jail, have to prove their toughness with the other prisoners, and make a pee bomb! Inej makes a hot and dangerous climb while Kaz looks for his sworn enemy in the prison tower. We hear more on what happened with him and Jordie and we also see Nina discover something terrifying which causes their plan to go awry, causing a replan on the roof.

This is week 2 talking all things Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo, specifically focused on chapters 8-19. This week, our intrepid 6 plan their heist and make their way to the land of Fjerda. First, they get ambushed in the harbour on their way to the boat, Inej and Jesper get hurt in their pursuit to save the mission, and when Kaz finds who stabbed Inej, he takes matters into his own hands. We get some backstory on Kaz, Inej, Jesper and Nina - but Wylan's history still remains a mystery. When our group lands - they trek over the unforgiving snow filled Fjerda as they discuss their plan. They reach some unfortunate Grisha who have been put to death, which really affects Nina and causes her to make a decision about the upcoming mission!

This is our first week back in the Grishaverse where we are talking all things Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo. This week we discuss chapters 1 to 7. We start perplexed by our opening scene, but eventually we meet our 6 intrepid explorers! We see Kaz deal with some rival mobsters, Inej display her master wraith skills, and Jesper shows us his gambling nature. We meet Nina, a Grisha obsessed with saving a Drüskelle named Matthias - and with Kaz's help, succeeds, while Matthias just wants Nina dead. Our 6 is rounded out with Wylan, the estranged son of the person willing to pay our crew 30 million Kruge for the safe return of a scientist from the Ice Court, a suicide mission if they've ever heard one. But how will they get along? And is their mission really impossible?

This is our last week talking about the spooky romance The Ex Hex by Erin Sterling. This week we discuss chapters 26 to 35. Rhys gets an unexpected visitor, and there are more sexy times with him and Vivi. We get the real history of Graves Glen from our resident 90s grunge witch ghost, and a plan forms to save Rhys and the town from the curse. We hear from another ghost and finally the women of Graves Glen take matters into their own hands and do what they have to to save everyone.

This is week 3 talking about The Ex Hex by Erin Sterling. We're on chapters 18-25 this week! Vivi and Rhys go for coffee but don't have coffee, and uncover a witch dealing Viagra potions under the table until the town magic makes things go awry. We get an awesome ghost catching scene in a haunted house, and an even more awesome closet scene with Vivi and Rhys unable to keep their hands off each other. We meet a young witch prof who gives Vivi a hand with their ghost problem but she seems super suspicious. Rhys is super eager to give Vivi a taste and helps her relieve some tension...if you know what we mean. This all culminates to Rhys and Vivi finally doing the deed, and it works out well for the both of them!
