Today’s question prompts Andrew and Brandon to talk about what they do in their spare time and how we can make better choices with the little unplanned moments in our lives.

Andrew and Brandon share thoughts on how to break bad habits as well as start good ones. Andrew rejects the title of “assistant cold plunger” and Brandon thinks they might have a good legal case against Snickers candy bar.

As Brandon plunges in 33* water, Andrew joins remotely while sitting in a 140* sauna! While we might have been 107* apart we both share our thoughts on the question, “what is the difference between a habit and a discipline?”

On today’s episode: breaking through 4” of ice, cold plunging with fruit, and how we got started cold plunging in the first place!

This episode we break the ice to get in, read some listener comments, answer the question “why do difficult people things”, and get out. It’s the new norm.

Goodbye 2023! I say farewell to a lovely year doing my cold plunge in North Carolina with my nephew Jacob. I end the episode with my first ever cold water cannonball!

Although this was my first solo plunge I ended up having plenty of little feet joining in the “fun”. Thank you Lucy and Ezra as well as my own girls Emma, Lily, and Natalie for helping me pass the time in the cold water! (40-air, 35-water)
