Their trip to Two Harbors, Minnesota for a Finnish sauna + cold plunge on the shores of Lake Superior turned into more than a challenge - it was a full-body, full-spirit reset. He talks about how it felt like a continuation of his Ayahuasca journey from 2023, and opens up about how grounding in nature not only helped him process the passing of his wife Tammy’s mom, Dixie, but also helped him be more present and stronger for Tammy during such a difficult time.
