Vincent Groves might be the most prolific serial killer to ever terrorize the Denver area. Tragically, Vincent continued to fall through the cracks of the judicial system and was able to murder over the span of a decade. Years later, DNA evidence would speak for his victims and prove just what a dirtbag he really was.
