In the news this week - the Lord Advocate of Scotland, the top lawyer in the country, says she would advise against prosecuting people for possession of drugs if they’re in Safer Drug Consumption facilities… Today, the Scottish Secretary Alistair Jack said the UK government will not be intervening and so a pilot project in Glasgow is off and running.
