  • Saga Vol 2 [Arc Analysis #73]

    It's Saga time! AGAIN

And it didnt take us long to return back to this Image published, Brian K. Vaughan written and Fiona Staples drawn: Romeo-and-Juliet-Star-Warish-Harry-and-the-Henderson's-Spy-vs-Spyish-grand-level-world-building-Arc-Analysis-episode! The world is just so big so we came back with a bang, to this ongoing space soap opera.

With some background now covered, and understanding of our main characters and the very interesting plot device of having baby Hazel, looking back to tell the story of her parents. We can see where the moralities lie and lean, family value, and personal codes. Plus a lot of weird space sex! Weird is an understatement, but fun doesn't begin to tell the story of this SAGA . It's really freakin' weird, but thats sometimes just what you need to get lost in.

    Enjoy volume 2, Numeatz!

  • Bitch Planet Vol 2: President Bitch [Arc Analysis #72]

We came back for round 2 of Bitch Planet!

Well we couldn't sit with that nonsense, so we dived back in so we could find out how the second and final volume wraps up.

  • Batman Beyond: Rebirth [Bottle Cap Review]

Our beloved Batman The Animated Series ended in 1998, and a year later, the next version of the character debuted in Batman Beyond!

"Rebirth" is the two parter that kicked off season 1, and we cover it in here - all about the shoes it had to fill coming off of Batman TAS and how, at the same time, it being its own possible classic

  • Locke & Key Vol 3: Crown of Shadows [Arc Analysis #71]

Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez created Locke and Key.

Coke and Dank now breakdown Locke and Key yet AGAIN!.

Volume 3 for this story of magical keys and family drama and deep, dark secrets. And we'll keep going too, because this story is too much of a fun, and unique ride. We're back with the Locke's and all the tragedy they have been facing, from the continued fallout of their dead father and alcoholic mother and all the trappings of high schoolers trying to make it their own way. Not to mention the magic keys... There are a lot of new ones introduced in this volume, more than the ones we've seen who can make your ghosts appear or show you what's inside of somebody else's mind.

  • First Glance: Crave #1

We all have way more apps on our phones than we care to admit, but what if you had an app that was a guaranteed hookup?

No, not Tinder or Bumble or whatever similar "dating" app you know of; I mean one that could link you directly with the person or kink you desire most.
That app is Crave. And this is First Glaaaaance of Crave #1 (of 6)

  • First Glance: Echo Trailer

Do you miss the Daredevil show that was on Netflix? Well Marvel proper heard you, so before we get the 18 episode Daredevil: Born Again series, we get this precursor from the scenes of lasy year's Hawkeye: Echo.

It will be the MCU's first M rated show and this trailer gives you just enough to understand the tone without telling you too much more.
Safe to say, we are in.

  • Sink Vol 2: Blood & Rain [Arc Analysis #70]

Sink volume 1 hit us like a ton of bloody bricks. So we obviously couldn't wait too long for the follow-up and hoo boy, if you enjoyed the first chapter as much as we did, this is a must read. It picks up right after the events in the first book, and also acts as a way to bring multiple characters and arcs together in an even tighter way. It's a culmination of events in this wild, violent universe. Welcome to Glasgow, the forecast is Blood & Rain.
