Today I share a pamphlet that I found in the rooms of AA. It's titled A merry go round named denial. I apply this to any of us that might be in denial of any problems or behavior. Anyone can be in denial of something that is still serving us especially if we don't see the benefits of that behavior clearly or have positioned ourselves as the victim in the circumstances. I share what other roles are played in keeping us on the merry go round to shed some light on what role we might be playing in our own lives.
