Kamehame-oh who really cares? Will, Mike, and Sam endure a painful experience as they discuss and try to find some good things to say about 2009's Dragonball Evolution. Poor casting choices, a very flimsy story, enough green screen effects to give a viewer a massive headache, and a moment where Will nearly has a nervous breakdown. While previous movies have had a bit of praise at points, this one proves to be one that ALL three of the friends universally hate. Join the Commit One crew as they hold nothing back against this poor excuse in bringing a popular anime franchise to the big screen.

Grab the cumin and join Will, Mike, and Sam as they take a look at their first comic book movie with 2013's R.I.P.D.: Rest in Peace Department and witness two great actors with good on-screen chemistry do their best to save this short travesty of a film. Despite an interesting premise, some decent jokes, and the likes of Ryan Reynolds, Jeff Bridges, and even Kevin Bacon, what the viewer is left with is some terrible CGI, a very shallow storyline, and really just turning in a poor rip-off of Men in Black (but with dead people instead of aliens!). Try not to "pop" as the Commit One crew breaks down this major let-down of a film that really just couldn't stay dead. 

Don't touch....we mean WATCH...The Sand! Will, Mike, and Sam dive into their next creature-feature where the creature is barely in it and they are faced with stupid characters, poor decisions, terrible dialogue, and some of the worst CGI effects to ever be filmed in 2015's The Sand. Join the Commit One crew as they share their thoughts on a film that actually has an interesting premise but instead quickly becomes very boring in what amounts to a giant game of Floor is Lava on a beach. Even the addition of Jamie Kennedy could barely make things more interesting where by the time viewers reach the film's climax, they just do not care about the plot or the characters anymore. This is one beach party Commit One wishes that they had missed.  

Will, Mike, and Sam really wish that they had missed the boat on this one as they take on one of the worst movie sequels in cinematic history with Speed 2: Cruise Control. Together, they discuss what happens when practically everyone involved is actually forced to make the movie because the movie studio saw dollar signs, you take the exciting premise of the original film and slow it down on a boat, and even a great character actor as a villain cannot save the poorly written plot, boring dialogue, and forced chemistry between the two leads. It's anchors aweigh as the Commit One crew breaks down this, quite literally, shipwreck of a movie.

Will, Mike, and Sam unwillingly dive into their first made-for-TV creature feature with the 2015 Syfy film Lavalantula starring Steve Guttenberg as washed-up former 90s action star Colton West along with a few of his former Police Academy co-stars. It's mind-numbing, it has poor choices made by the characters, it has so many plot-holes we're surprised there is an actual movie, and it has plenty of explosions. Join Commit One as they break down this mentally exhausting film. Oh, and did we forget to mention the lava-breathing spiders?

Will, Mike, and Sam take on their first review with a look at 1983's Doctor Detroit. Join them as they dive into this obscure 80s film full of morning exercise, an evil gangster named Mom (with her henchmen Johnny and Carson), "ladies of the evening," an unwilling double-identity, enough subtle racial jokes to make you cringe and even James Brown! It's fast, it's strange, and it's sometimes head-scratching, but the Commit One crew are here to break it all down.

Three friends. So many bad movies. No mercy. Will, Mike, and Sam introduce the Commit One podcast from it's humble, not-exactly-PG origins to the original idea to finally the audio product that it has become. From how the friends met to the many "rabbit holes" that they go down, you will learn how the podcast came to be and what will be in store for the future. The movies may be bad, but the conversations will hopefully make up for them.
