The pain of Halloween month is finally over for Will, Mike, and Sam as they look at a film chosen by YOU Movie Haters that was actually an improvement over the other choices for this month in 2000's Leprechaun in the Hood. Starring Warwick Davis as the titular leprechaun Lubdan along with Ice T, the fifth outing in the horror-comedy franchise that really just makes viewers want to scratch their heads and groan at all of the constant rhyming as well as the lack of any real exposition. While the film could be much worse, the Commit One crew does consider themselves lucky that this film ended up being the choice of the Haters.

This is what happens when you try to film a movie about nothing! Will, Mike, and Sam continue Halloween month with the absolute waste of film and time that is the 2004 film Skeleton Man. Starring Michael Rooker and Casper Van Dien, the very, very, VERY thin plot follows a group of Special Forces try to find fellow soldiers but must contend with a supernatural being. While even failing to rip off Predator right, this movie is just bad all around to the point where not only did Sam and Will apologize to each other for their previous movie choices, but also leave Mike with a LOT of explaining to do!

Oh plot, where are you? Halloween month continues for Will, Mike, and Sam as they take a look at the low-budget "horror" film 1, 2, 3....Scream and wonder what went wrong the most of the many things in this "interesting" film. Sam is able to dish out unintentional revenge against Will for his last film choice as the Commit One crew wonders where the actors learned to act, who thought the plot was a good idea, and why the effects were so poorly done while also knowing that they would not even care to know the answers to those questions. This is one ghost-hunting trip that even the ghosts want to avoid.

Where's Gibbs from NCIS when you need him? Halloween Month continues on for Will, Mike, and Sam as they take an ill-advised look at the USA Network TV movie from 2000, Cabin by the Lake. Starring Judd Nelson as a screenwriter who is also a serial killer, the film tries its best to be suspenseful, thrilling, and scary and fails on all three fronts with slow pacing, strange dialogue, and very poor decisions made by the characters. It is a film so bad that it caused Sam to threaten to hit Will with a throw pillow, so you know that this one was a rough one! Join the Commit One crew as they dive into a film that if it doesn't scare you, it may as well put you to sleep.

No laughs, no scares, just bad all around....which is scary itself! Will, Mike, and Sam kick off Halloween month with the obscure B horror-comedy film that should have just stayed forgotten in 1992's Highway to Hell. Starring Chad Lowe and Kristy Swanson, this film tries to bring a mix of humor and fright yet fails at both miserably with poor dialogue, terrible special effects, even poorer character choices, and enough puns to make Will want to pull his hair out (at Mike's enjoyment). Join the Commit One crew as they find out that this particular road is not paved with good intentions (or even a good script!)

What happens when you mix a terrible plot that tries to rip-off a more successful blockbuster film, characters with no redeeming qualities, and enough stupidity to make Will go into an anger-fueled rage? You get 2018's Inferno: Skyscraper Escape! Will, Mike, and Sam work their way through a film so poorly acted and written with "special effects" that it makes Dragonball Evolution look borderline watchable. A movie so bad there are barely any recognizable names, the advertising department doesn't even use the right building in the official poster, and had to be renamed from it's original title (Crystal Inferno) to try and make it sound more exciting than it really is. This film really has to be seen (or at least heard) to be believed, and the Commit One crew is here to save you the pain from having to watch this flaming ball of awfulness.

Get ready to cast your lines as Will, Mike, and Sam take a look at a television movie that, although falling under the "bad" movie category and allowing many people to get "bingo" on their movie cliches list, is still a good-natured comedy where fishing becomes war in 2008's Bait Shop starring Bill Engvall and Billy Ray Cyrus (yes, THAT Billy Ray Cyrus). Following a paint-by-numbers plot and some questionable choices by the characters, this film still provides some entertainment as Bill Engvall pretty much plays himself, but instead is a bait shop owner. So sit back, relax, and join the Commit One crew as they break down and try to reel in the plot of this one.

What happens when you take the plot from a cinematic classic starring Humphrey Bogart, move the setting to Alaska, change from drama to an attempt at comedy, and have Zach Galifianakis in his first major supporting role? You get the 2001 film Out Cold! Will, Mike, and Sam take a look at an attempt to not only make snowboarding look cool (which it does), but also try to capitalize on the "party" movie comedy craze (which it fails at). With so little plot that the script had to borrow elements and even lines from the 1942 film Casablanca, it is no wonder that this is a more forgotten film. Join the Commit One crew as they try not to freeze over from trying to forget this humorless film.

Wow, is this one fowl. Will, Mike, and Sam take on one of the most infamously bad films in the last 40 years as they suffer through the scrambled mess that is 1986's Howard the Duck. Serving as the first official theatrically released Marvel film, the Commit One crew is glad that this didn't derail what would become the epic MCU with its terrible attempts at humor, awful duck costume (though appreciated!), and a story so disjointed and disorganized even good special effects couldn't save this one. You may have seen it, you may know it, you may have at least heard of it, now listen as the Commit One crew looks at a film that really should have flown south for eternity.  

It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a....spider?? Will, Mike, and Sam discuss their second spider movie which, although bad in it's own right, is actually rather good (WHAT?!?!) as they take a look at the 2013 film Big Ass Spider! It's a tale of two movies with the seriousness of the military trying to contain one giant spider and the comedy of the exterminator and his newfound security guard pal as they try to work together to take down the arachnid menace. While still full of questionable acting choices, poor CGI, and a cameo from the king of campy horror, this film still proves to be a rather enjoyable romp for the Commit One crew. No need to get tangled in a web here, but this film still needs to get squished.
