Stephanie C. Hill is executive vice president of Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) for Lockheed Martin Corporation, a $16 billion enterprise employing 35,000 people across the globe. She's also a vocal advocate for women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, and a role model for mentorship in the workplace.
