Hour 3:  Fresno Police announced Friday that they arrested a suspect wanted for a recent shooting in southeast Fresno during a smoke shop compliance check.  A bill recriminalizing the possession of small amounts of drugs was passed by the Oregon Legislature as governments struggle to respond to the deadliest overdose crisis in U.S. history.
