Whether someone is paying you a compliment or giving you a backhanded insult, how do you protect yourself and see the situation clearly. On today's show I am addressing ways you can dissect the compliment and insult and to be sure that you are understanding and not giving too much power over you. Often times, we may not realize what somebody is actually saying to us and how they want us to feel and what they are really trying to tell us, positive or negative we need to understand why it's being said, what the reason is and how to not allow it to control our lives. In todays show I am here to introduce the concept of neutrality, how to stay neutral no matter what is being told to you.
