  • S2 E103: She uses dating apps (but not obsessively)

Dating is crazy, but does it have to be? Maybe not. If you're a single Christian woman looking to date, you really should only be going on a few dates here and there. Don't make it your main focus or priority. Godly men will come to you, and if they don't - they need to work on their leadership ability. Op. Here's my advice if you're trying to attract a Christian man on a dating app. This advice has been PROVEN to work. I got a DM from someone who made a dating profile from listening to this episode, and met the man who would become her husband. BOOM. You're welcome, everyone.

  • S2 E102: She doesn't have to be a virgin

Woah! let's talk about it. Everyone is sexually impure, so let's start there. It's completely possible for you to be a confident, single Christian woman and not be a virgin. There's so much shame and guilt that creeps into body image issues from that church doing an inadequate job of talking about purity. Purity has purposes beyond just "not getting pregnant". If you grew up in church, please listen to this episode to get a genuine perspective on the benefits of purity without the shame and distain normally put on women who've had sex before. If you're not a virgin, you're welcome here, babe. Join the club. Purity is a lifelong practice that doesn't end when you're married.

  • 105 | She enjoys pampering

Do you feel self conscious when you're getting a massage, pedicure, or anything like that? I used to be so self conscious it actually ruined the whole "relaxing" experience! So I had to learn to stop apologizing for how my body looked and remember my body deserves to be taken care of (and people aren't judging you as much as you think)

  • 104 | She waits to be pursued

Dating as a Christian is hard and takes a lot of patience. There's a ton of conflicting advice out there when it comes to how to act in a dating scenario, so I'm just sharing my perspective and how it's changed since the last time I was single. Confident women have the patience to allow men to pursue them. Feminine confidence in a dating scenario looks like not taking over, not taking control, and waiting for the guy who's gonna be willing to WORK for your time and attention. If he doesn't have to put in effort at the beginning...why would he start if/when you're dating or get married? You deserve a guy who's gonna try for you, so have the confidence to stay single until he comes along!

  • S2 E101: She trusts her Heavenly Father

If the relationship you have with your earthly father is strained or non-existent, your perspective on God as a father is most likely suffering as a result. In this episode, we take a dive into what it really looks like to have a perfect, heavenly father and explore this component of your faith.

  • 103 | She uses dating apps (cause it's not 1997)

Dating apps get a bad rep, but it's all about how you use them! It's totally possible to attract Christian men on a dating site (or app) that isn't inherently for Christians. Wanna know how? Listen to this. Hinge is my favorite, FYI.

  • S2 E100: She shares her testimony

God works in crazy ways and my life is no different. My journey of faith hasn't been smooth, in the 100th episode of this podcast I'm sharing ways God worked in my life to bring me back into His will for me. This will always be a journey, but this is where I'm at in this current season.

  • 102 | She feels no sexual shame

I grew up hearing damaging religious ideas about sex, women, and my body. In this episode, I'm sharing what God is showing me about why purity in singleness is more important than virginity - PLUS - why shame, guilt, and regret have no place in the mind (or body) of a daughter of God.

  • S2 E99: She practices loving others in practical ways

Vulnerability builds confidence. If you want to build your confidence, stretching your love languages and showing love in super practical ways is a great way to get started. First, because it's kinda awkward and makes you vulnerable. Second, because you're not focused on YOU so much. You're focusing on other people and what they need. When you do this, you're more likely to appear confident because you're not so worried what people think of you...you're focused on them. Listen to hear a story about how I anticipated needs of my friends and made serving each other contagious.
