Today on Sense of Soul I have Adelheid Oesch, she is a counselor, teacher, and writer based in Lausanne, Switzerland. A mother of four, Adelheid spent the first part of her adult life raising her family and developing her career as a partner in the family art and antiques business. She later developed a second career as the founder of 'L'Atelier du Dialogue Intérieur' (Voice Dialogue Workshop), where she has been teaching ‘Voice Dialogue' and guiding people on their path of self-discovery and spiritual growth since 1993.
Adelheid's expertise in ‘Voice Dialogue’ has been cultivated through years of dedicated study and collaboration with some of the most influential figures in the field. She has worked closely with Dr. Hal Stone and Dr. Sidra Stone, the creators and developers of ‘Voice Dialogue, of the theory and practice of the Psychology of selves and of the Aware Self’.
