In this edition of Locked on Capitals Dan talks about the latest with Connor McMichael. Connor was sent down to the Hershey Bears to get more playing time. Connor has only played in 6 games for the Capitals this season. In those games he didn't see a lot of production. The Capitals hope that with increased playing time in different situations will help boost his production.

Later Dan talks about Dimitri Orlov and TJ Oshie. Both Orlov and Oshie skated with the rest of the team at Med Star Ice Complex on Sunday. Could they be inserted into the lineup soon? The Capitals play next this Wednesday.

In the last segment Dan talks about potential player trades for the Caps. Elliotte Friedman in his 32 thoughts podcast mentioned the possibility of Bo Horvat or Erik Karlsson. Dans question is would even adding those players be enough?
