This week, Natalie has the amazing Sarah Casper on the podcast to talk about her work with teaching students about comprehensive consent. What do acroyoga and consent have in common? They revolve around having the communication skills to pull off having a conversation about what makes you comfortable and what your boundaries are whether its in a yoga pose or in a sexual relationship. Sarah helps Natalie process some of her communication mishaps in the bedroom and allows her to let go of some of the pressure to always get it perfect when it comes to talking about sex.
