In a world where Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives are met with skepticism and resistance, we delve into the provocative question: Is DEI dead? Join us as we navigate the complexities surrounding DEI and its perceived threat to certain identities and existence in society. While some view it as a challenge to their status quo, we argue that DEI serves as a potent force for social cohesion, innovation, and fostering a sense of belonging for all; more now than ever.
