On today’s episode, we are honored to be joined by Jackie Pirtle-Hall, an athlete who has competed at the highest levels, including the USATF Half Marathon Championships and the Olympic Marathon Trials, to discuss her journey of recovering physically and mentally from an eating disorder. By learning to fuel and love her body, she began setting records in half marathons and became the 8th fastest woman in the country to run a 50-mile trail run. Today, Jackie is a business owner, coach, and trainer, helping people from all walks of life reach their athletic and personal goals, making her someone who values both performance and the human connection behind it.
