This week I'm sharing something that's a little more serious than the typical fun stuff I'm loving. This week I get personal and talk about the seriousness and commonality of suicide. Most importantly though I share the National Suicide and Crisis line which can be called at 988. I recommend making sure you and those you love know that it's available anytime you are having a mental health crisis or feel at the end of your rope. Let's surround each other, support each other in our comminities so we can decrease the number of suicides.
