After a week off, the CrossFit Games Semifinals returns to the competition floor this weekend in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil at the Copa Sur. Once again a total of four individual Games spots will be up for grabs, two each for the top two men’s and women’s qualifiers who are eligible. Arena Carioca 1 returns as the host site of this annual rite of passage for the top athletes in South America. Brian, Cait and PC preview the Semifinal

They also have some special guests that will join to recap the Athens Throwdown and Sarajevo Throwdown. They will also get everyone caught up on the latest news in CrossFit and the functional fitness space.
