Rachel Zimmerman Brachman is an Outreach Specialist at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab, inventor, scientist, engineer, educator, writer, knitter, and mom. Previous to work at the Jet Propulsion Lab, she worked with the Canadian Space Agency on the Candian side of the International Space Station and Education and Outreach for the Center for Neuromorphic Systems Engineering, a National Science Foundation-sponsored Engineering Research Center that developed biologically inspired robotics.
