Well, hello there!
Since it's about to go down in a few days and my very first course "The Ultimate Self-Forgiveness" is launching on February 14th, in today's podcast episode, I want to talk to you about the four stages of self-forgiveness.
Also, I want you to think of the stage you are currently in.
Since people often ask me what it means to manifest your dream life through healing, here is how I began to understand it.
When we heal and learn the art of self-forgiveness, we practice self-love and begin clearing any negative energy. The more we love ourselves and feel in control of our inner world, the more we enjoy every moment, encourage joy and attract abundance.
The amount of self-judgment and self-criticism we exercise regularly is too much to carry. Even though we think that it's people's judgment that affects us the most, it's often our inner voice that has the most power.
In today's episode, I am going to walk you through 4 stages of the ultimate self-forgiveness.
The first stage is denial. If you haven't listened to the previous episode #115 Breaking Through Denial, I recommend to go ahead and give it a listen.
The two most common reasons why we stay in denial are fear and our ego.
The second stage is anger. Once we acknowledge what we need to forgive ourselves for, we may feel angry. Either for things we have done or what we have allowed.
The third stage is forgiveness. When we are fully aware of what we need to forgive ourselves for, and we felt anger for some time, it's time to let go.
And the fourth stage is healing. It is where we measure the progress of our healing journey by answering one simple question: "What is the emotional charge I feel when I say "I forgive myself for...[fill in the blank].
And last but not least, I will give you a simple challenge at the end of the episode.
