She hosts online cake courses; teaches at Orson Gygi; posts tutorials on YouTube; has been featured on The Today Show, Oprah Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, and The Kelly Clarkson Show; and even launched a line of cake decorating tools, aprons, and sweatshirts.
