Dr. David Spindler is an athlete welfare and high-performance cognitive strategies consultant. He is highly regarded within the World Tour peloton and well known for his influential work with Rohan Dennis.

He was working for INEOS Grenadiers during this year’s Giro where Tao Geoghegan Hart took pink on the final TT. In this podcast, we chat about the effect of COVID on an athlete's phycology, he runs us through the progression of Tao at the Giro, and his take on why so many young riders have emerged this year
