    So, do you want to be the biggest in your market?
    What prompted today's question is that this week, I was chatting with a mate who said, "We're the biggest coworking operation in our city."
    Immediately, I was triggered.
    Why are you so jacked up about being the biggest in your city?
    I get the journey—the validation, the quest, and the energy it takes.
    But when people start using words like biggest, largest, or longest-running, it reminds me of the old saying:
    "No one ever got fired for hiring IBM."
    It's the biggest, safest, most unimaginative option.
    And for me, the bigger things get, the more fragmented the connection becomes.
    The sense of community gets lost.
    And honestly, that doesn't work for me.
    There's something very male, macho, and business-like about saying, "We are the biggest."
    That doesn't sit comfortably with me, either.
    But here's the thing—I still want to be big enough.
    Big enough to make an impact.
    Big enough to matter.
