I’m sharing what I look at when I feel off center, how I tell the difference between balance and harmony, and why the smallest neglected area of life is often the one that changes everything once you feed it again.

We start with the energy of the week with the new moon in Virgo. Our tarot of the week is the High Priestess. She points us toward quiet, stillness, and listening to our inner guide. The Sagittarius full moon has a way of telling the truth with a spark. We’re a week out from the May 31 full moon, and I’m using this cozy Coven’Chat to talk about what “bring the fire” can look like in real life: candle spell energy, transmutation, passion, and the kind of embodied movement that gets you back into your body.
