Craig is a driven entrepreneur who has dedicated his career to making health and safety accessible and easier for people of all backgrounds and expertise levels. His journey began in the high-performance industry, where he quickly gained valuable experience and knowledge.

With a desire to make a greater impact, Craig transitioned to the safety industry, working in-house for various large national companies. During this time, he identified a gap in the market for consulting services that were purpose-driven and tailored to small and medium-sized businesses. In 2011, he founded Action OHS Consulting, which focuses on providing meaningful and relevant advice to these businesses.

Craig's commitment to improving health and safety practices led him to create Safety Champion Software in 2015. This innovative software was designed to meet the unique needs of smaller businesses and make safety compliance more accessible and user-friendly. As of January 2023, Safety Champion has scaled rapidly, supporting over 1,500 clients.

Both Action OHS Consulting and Safety Champion Software have grown significantly, employing over 40 people who share Craig's passion for improving health and safety practices. With his leadership and expertise, Craig continues to drive these companies forward, making safety more accessible and easier for businesses of all sizes.
