Crappy Anime Showdown

In 2006, Jon Lovitz, Jon Heder, David Spade and Rob Schneider teamed up a terrible baseball movie about 2 awful players who need a ringer to help them win their games. This week is the anime version of that as we take a look at 2 atrocious and boring anime that are hard carried by one that is clearly better. Listen as we take a look to see if any of these would have been better candidates than the anime chosen and pray there is not a Benchwarmers 2 in really life.

What a heavyweight bought we have today ladies and gentleman! A semifinal for the ages as the USMC in all its glory tries to murder little girls in the strangest creepypasta I have ever seen. Taking them on will be mythological magical tattoo laden hot men in a story whose story makes almost as little sense as its animation! Both of these anime are worth watching in full but only one will survive to move on to the finals!

Imagine a world where if there were more than 6 people in a room, everyone after the sixth was 2D. Now imagine a world in which everyone collected children as if they were Pokémon. Which world is most enticing to you, and remember one of those answers gets you thrown in prison. If you are having trouble deciding just based on those parameters(again prison is on the line) then have a listen to this week's episode!

What do you get when you cross ginormous boobs with tasteless suicide? Wonder Egg Priority! rimshot That wasn't really a joke at all, which unfortunately is an indicator of the anime itself. However, it goes up against the Oliver Twist of Shonen, Kemono Jihen in which everything is Kemono and no one is bothered by a middle aged man collecting children. What a world we live in. Enjoy.

This week we have Gurrenn Lagann vs...no wait that's not right. We have Promare...nope that's not it either. Kill la Kill? Hold on let me check. Oh yeah here it is! We have the Triggeresque masterpiece Back Arrow taking on the yuri version of Stranger Things, Otherside Picnic. If that sounds fun to you then buckle up because this week is a blast!

After a brief scolding from my producer, i am now back to caring about your opinion of our podcast. We genuinely hope that an anime about hot boys and rapidly and nauseatingly shifting landscapes in 3D will blow your mind.
