Hi leaders! Here we are for episode 58!
Today is Part 2 of how to find more time in your day. If you haven’t yet listened to episode 57, press pause now and go take a listen before continuing with this episode.
In episode 57 Tackling Your Biggest Direct Sales Biz Obstacle: Not Enough Time In The Day I give you part 1. You’ll get a specific strategy to start with in order to implement the gems in this episode. But you have to have the data first. It’s easy work.
So go to episode 57 at crazybigdreams.biz/57. Then come back here to episode 58.
If you have already done your homework from episode 57 great! Stick around. I’m giving you your next steps to find more time in your day!
You can find the full transcript of today’s episode at crazybigdreams.biz/58. You may want to refer back to it for the steps I’m going to give you. It can be helpful to have the words in front of you as you go through your homework.
And let’s be honest. If you’re listening and you’re thinking this all sounds great Tammy but I’m not going to sit down and do this, I’m just not, as much as I would love to and I know it would help, I just won’t do it. No judgment!
You would benefit from a strategy session. I walk you through it. The accountability of having time on the calendar together and having me help you with these steps is the way to go. And it’s so much fun! I love this stuff! Call me crazy. Click over to crazybigdreams.biz/work-with-tammy to connect with me on a strategy session.
Ok. If you’re ready to go forward here’s what you’ll need. The hard copy of your homework and 5 different colored highlighters.
So if you did your homework by typing in any way go ahead and print it out. And if you have it on paper go ahead and have that in front of you.
If you don’t have highlighters in 5 different colors you can also use a pen or pencil but you’ll have to create your own key, which is fine, it’s just an extra step. Do this however you work best.
The strategy is to categorize your time to find opportunities for more.
I would be willing to bet that while you were tracking your time in 30-minute increments you likely found two things.
One, realizing you spend more time on some things than you realized. And Two, opportunities to spend your time in ways that better serve your priorities.
Great! And if this didn’t reveal itself to you yet, these next steps will help you do just that. Even if you did find opportunity already, I’m going to give you key strategies to find more. So keep going.
The goal here is to find more time in your day, right? It’s one of your biggest obstacles, I know. So today is about helping you find opportunities in your 24 hours every day. And each day may present its own opportunities.
Step 1: The first pass, over your 30-minute tracking will be to determine what’s essential, non-negotiable, and your responsibility and cannot under any circumstances be modified in any way.
I would argue this is less than you might be assuming. For example, let’s say you have a job in addition to your direct sales business. And you have to go to a brick-and-mortar building to fulfill that work. I would argue, but do you really? If you enjoy going to an office and it fulfills you and working from home is nothing you’re interested in, great.
If on the other hand you maybe have a long-ish commute. If you would love the option to work from home even one, or a few days a week, then this is worth exploring.
For all the gems on revealing more time in your day go to crazybigdreams.biz/58.
Hey savvy leaders! Welcome to episode 57!
Time.
It’s the most valuable asset, right? Because once it passes by, we can never get it back. And this applies to everything. Relationships, our work, checking off a bucket list, holding a grudge, opportunities, and of course, time with our kids.
So many of us have once, or more than a few times, said “There simply aren’t enough hours in the day.” Time is literally one thing you cannot manage or change. It ticks by, second by second, at its own selfish rate, and there is not one thing we can do about it.
And yet most of us have also likely been heard saying any one of these phrases about time:
“Time goes so fast!”
“It drags on!"
“I can’t believe how much time this is taking."
“I totally lost track of time.”
And yet, it’s the most predictable, even, constant in our life. Second by second, it ticks and ticks. There are no surprises. The rate at which it truly moves never changes.
Today I’m asking you to take inventory of your time. Use this exercise to assess where your time is going. It’s incredibly revealing. It’s also the single best strategy to “get more time in your day.” I promise you’ll find some!
This is a totally different topic than time management. And we all know we can’t manage time. We can only manage our priorities and choices. I address this in a previous episode, episode 7.
I offer how to change your thinking about time. I give you four strategies to help maximize the way you think about using your time. Episode 7 is What Is More Important Than Time Management In Your Network Marketing Business? You can grab a listen at crazybigdreams.biz/7.
Today is about taking inventory. Checking in with how your time is being spent. If you truly want more time in the day, this is how you find it!
You can find the full transcript at crazybigdreams.biz/57.
Ok, so this is a two-part exercise. The first part is to use a tracking sheet to record what you’re doing in 30-minute increments. You’re going to do this for a 24-hour period over 7 days. Every hour, or 30-minute segment, will be identified. You’ll write it down or type it in, doesn’t matter.
It doesn’t matter how you capture it. It matters that you simply have a way to record.
If you want to use a blank template from a planner system you already have or if you create a blank template, go ahead a make 7 copies so you have one for every day of the week. Again, it should break down into 30-minute increments over a 24-hour period.
Similar to a food log or financial budget, you’re going to record what you do with your time as it unfolds. Not prior to it happening. Not like you would use a planner. Ok.
Because let’s face it. We may have “customer or team follow-up” time planned in our schedule but end up on social media for that dedicated time. No shame. It happens to the best of us.
Writing out a schedule and actually executing it are two different things. I know you’re out there. You’re not alone!
So, as your day unfolds, you’ll capture how it was spent. It’s that simple. Everything from walking the dog to time spent driving, to time spent in the Starbucks drive-through and time spent sleeping, and everything in between. Everything. Because finding more time in the day needs this level of detail. Trust me.
Ok, you have your homework for this week. Click over to Instagram @yourcrazybigdreams and hit me with your questions.
In episode 58, I share what you’re going to do with the results of this exercise. So go get to work and we’ll regroup in 7 days.
I’m so excited! The best is yet to come! Always.
Hey there! Welcome to episode 56!
Hands down, one of the single most frequent desires I hear from successful direct sales leaders is
“If I could just transfer my belief to her. If I could just get her to believe the way I believe in her. I know she can do this and succeed. How do I do that?”
Well, today’s episode is about one strategy to help you do this; Transfer belief to your emerging leaders.
You can find the full transcript at crazybigdream.biz/56.
Transferring your belief happens with 3 key areas of focus. Today we’re focusing on one of these three. I cover ALL three key focuses, and so much more, in my freebie: 4 Step Success Process To Help Transfer Belief And Resilience To Your Team By Becoming A Savvier Leader.
If you don’t yet have my freebie, you can grab it for free, ha, at crazybigdreams.biz.
The key strategy we’re focusing on today is a two-step process. You first have to identify your team member's challenge area.
She may have just a few or several, but as her mentor and leader, it’s your opportunity to identify the one that’s holding her back right now. The biggest one. The one that, when she addresses it, will open up the most results for her.
It’s important you identify what this is because it could be anything. It’s important to get it right. I’ll give you three common challenge areas. These are identifying priorities, consistency, and choices.
Yeah, I know, those are big ones. But this episode is about helping you as the leader you are with a strategy to help her through this. It’s simple. It’s not always easy.
Step one identify her challenge.
Step two invite her to move forward.
How do you do that? With direct language. Direct language is incredibly powerful. At the right time with the right person, it can be more beneficial than an open-ended powerful question. And if you’ve been here at the Crazy Big Dreams podcast for even a bit, you’ll know I love to arm you with good, powerful, open-ended questions.
Here’s how direct language can sound. It may go a little something like this (of course, in language that’s yours):
Right now, Alicia, you’re challenged by consistency. You know what to do. You’re simply not in action consistently enough to build forward movement.
And then you would follow it up with something like “Does that sound right?”
Do you hear how this is direct? You’re simply naming what’s going on with as few words as possible. And then you’re asking her if you’ve got it right. Does she agree? If not, then she will lead you to where she does feel she is stuck. Great. Go from there.
Typically, you’ll be right on. By asking the question, “Does that sound right?” gets buy-in and agreement on her part so you’re both on the same page and can move forward from there.
Step two: Invite her to move forward. It’s an invitation. She can accept or not. But the responsibility is on her part. She has to be responsible for her own actions. You can’t do it for her. I know you know this.
This is also where you pass the belief you have in her directly to her. It can sound something like this.
“Alicia, I have complete confidence that you can be consistent. If you want that, the results will follow. Let’s focus on the behaviors that lead to consistency and together we’ll celebrate the results that come from it. Deal?"
For all the rest on this topic of transferring belief to your emerging leaders go to crazybigdreams.biz/56.
Hi Leaders! Welcome to episode 55! Every moment marks a new beginning. Think about that! Every moment. Today I want you to grab your favorite beverage and simply soak up the message I have for you. For some of you, this is going to be deeply personal.
I’m talking with you about new beginnings! Whether you’re embarking on something new that’s really the biggest thing you’ve done in a long, long time. Or if you’re simply excited to be embracing new ideas. Or maybe you’re excited to get some new inspiration for the journey you’ve been on.
You can find the full transcript at crazybigdream.biz/55.
Today is about touching on the past, present, and future to use the power of new beginnings. Four weeks from now, four months from now, or a year from now I want you to be able to look back and acknowledge you did it!
You embraced the new beginnings, you channeled your excitement, you stayed the course, and can fully realize the joy and sense of accomplishment that you did it. You did it your way and in your own time.
We’ll touch on the past the present and the future.
The past. I’m here to say it’s ok to let go. All of us have things we set out to do and they didn’t transpire. We all have things that didn’t unfold the way we thought they might or hoped they would. It’s ok.
All the things you thought you would do, everything you thought you would have accomplished but didn’t. The relationships that didn’t work out the way you thought they would or hoped they would. The work you did to work toward a certain goal but didn’t quite hit the mark. It’s ok. And it’s ok to let it all go.
In fact, to realize what’s ahead for you; what’s on the horizon; the new people you’re meant to welcome, the path that you’ll be on, and all of the accomplishments yet to be, you need to make room for them.
It’s all waiting for you. One moment after another, each new beginning is waiting to unfold and to meet you right where you’re at. Right where you should be. And to fully receive it, let go of the past. It’s ok.
On to The present. When you’re welcoming all that can be with new beginnings there are a lot of decisions to be made. When every moment is a new beginning, being present means being intentional from one decision to the next.
There will be choices that lead you closer to realizing your crazy big dreams and there will be choices that steer you further away. Some of those choices may be necessary. But when you’re mindful of them and making them consciously, that’s a much different choice than making choices and decisions out of habit.
I’ve always believed, because I see it all the time, that leaders who are fulfilled, content, and successful (by their own measure) are leaders that can be decisive. This deserves its own podcast episode!
For today’s episode, the present, the right here and now, this means being able to make decisions that lead you closer and closer to realizing your crazy big dreams. They may not be popular decisions, easy decisions, or choices that you ever had to consider in the past.
Finally, the future.
It’s one thing to have a crazy big dream. It is something else altogether to be open and welcome it to actually happen. Truly embracing it to come into your life.
Holding our dreams just out of reach, fearing success, fearing the unknown, and navigating opportunities in ways that sabotage the fulfillment of our dreams subconsciously is incredibly common. Most of us don’t recognize when we’re doing this. We can do this subconsciously and not even be fully aware we’re holding our dreams just out of reach.

Hey there savvy leaders! Welcome to episode 54! Today I’m helping you take a look back before moving forward with the goals you have for your Direct Sales Business.
This is a crucial step I’ve discovered so many skip.
Understandably so. As High-Achieving women, it’s common to have ambition, to look ahead, to then press forward toward results and go after your crazy big dreams.
Which is why this episode is important. I’m asking you to pause, ask yourself these 3 powerful questions, and also discover your answers to them. This guided look back is something you’ll want to do before goal setting.
You can find the full transcript at crazybigdream.biz/54.
If you’ve already set goals, cover these questions before you revisit your goals again.
Typically, at the end or beginning of every month and quarter, most find themselves revisiting their goals. It’s helpful to guide plans and calendars and determine how to spend your time in pursuit of those goals.
Go ahead and cover these questions and answers before you revisit your already-established goals again.
Before You Set Goals Do This To Enhance The Results In Your Direct Sales Biz
And if you haven’t yet set new goals, and you’re embarking on goal setting, perfect! This guided look back is timely for you.
Why take a look back, you may be asking. The single most impactful reason is that our most significant growth lessons are learned when we’ve experienced the biggest challenges, heartaches, or obstacles and even the things we’re most proud of.
At the same time, we like to leave the tough times in the past. Why revisit them, right?! Let it be over and done with. Well, yes. I understand. But, if you haven’t fully discovered the lesson you were meant to learn from those tough times, there will be missed opportunities with your goal setting, for sure.
Let me just add, it’s not lost on me that significant life-changing challenges & heartaches may require a lifetime of learning what your lesson is from them. That’s ok. These questions can help. You simply may not know when the answers will come. And that’s ok too.
Three Questions To Help Before Setting Goals For Your Direct Sales Business
Here are 3 questions to help you take a look back.
One. What are you most proud of accomplishing in the last year? It doesn’t matter what time of year it is when you’re listening to this. Simply, in the past 12 months, what are you most proud of accomplishing with your business?
I urge you to really think back, maybe month-by-month, when you answer this question. What you’re most proud of may not be the most obvious event like a rank advancement, an earned trip, or your biggest month in sales ever. It may be.
But it could also be a tricky situation you navigated with grace. It could be a choice you made that seemed difficult at the time, or that you were questioning. Now that you’re reflecting, you see it was absolutely the right choice.
But really take a look back and reflect on everything you're proud of. The thing you're most proud of will surface.
Ok, so spend some time on this. When you’re ready, here is
Question Two: Why? This is the key question most of us don’t even ask ourselves. Why is this thing the one thing you're most proud of? This answer is the lesson you were meant to learn from the one thing you’re most proud of accomplishing. This is key to take with you when you goal-set moving forward.
For much more and the third question on your guided look book go to crazybigdreams.biz/54.
Hey friends! Welcome to episode 53!
Are you bursting with excitement for what’s to come for you and for your team and for your business?!
Today’s episode is all about channeling the excitement and enthusiasm to prep for your best year yet. Are you ready?
You can find the full transcript at crazybigdreams.biz/53.
Let’s jump right in.
Three Strategies For Your Best Year Yet In Your Direct Sales Business
Strategy number one: You need a theme to guide you. This comes in the form of one word, that will choose you, you won’t choose it. This strategy is to use a single word as a theme to guide you personally and professionally in your network marketing business for a whole year.
It may sound simple. But don’t be fooled. It is incredibly effective. I dedicate a full episode to this one strategy in episode 2: One Single Powerful Guide For Your Direct Sales Business. Yes, it’s that important in driving results I dedicated an episode just to this topic. You can listen and find the full transcript at crazybigdreams.biz/2.
Dedicate Time For Dreaming And Planning Your Direct Sales Business Success
Strategy number two: Dedicate time to dreaming and planning. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by. It’s critical to spend the time working on your business, not just in it.
It has to be scheduled. Even if that means telling yourself “This week when I’m alone in the car, I’m dedicating that time to daydreaming about my hopes and dreams for my team and my business. Great!
It doesn’t matter when, it matters that you dedicate time to dream crazy big dreams.
I’ve dedicated an entire episode to guide you through this strategy. Yes, it’s that important. You can listen in and find the full transcript at crazybigdreams.biz/36 Discovering Your Crazy Big Dreams As A High Achiever In Direct Sales.
Supportive Structure And Guidance To Plan Your Personal & Direct Sales Success
Once your dreams are identified, it’s time to schedule a planning session. This means sitting down, uninterrupted, to suss out what needs to happen in order to realize your dreams. This is much bigger than one podcast episode.
I offer one-on-one, high-touch, high-value strategy sessions to work side by side with you to dot the I’s and cross the t’s on this. Can you do it on your own? Yes. Will you? Maybe, but will you finish so it’s complete and includes all the areas both personally and professionally?
Or will you get a great start and maybe not have the time or space to see it all the way through? It’s totally normal! This is why many of my leaders come to me for a strategy session.
Another reason is that structure and guidance are helpful so you’re not going it alone. It can feel so big before you start. It’s easier to keep working and driving vs actually sitting down and doing this.
Having supportive accountability working alongside someone giving you a judgment-free space while supporting your crazy big dreams can make all the difference. And it’s fun!
If you would like more information on grabbing a strategy session with me go to crazybigdreams.biz/work-with-tammy.

The learning curve was steep and it’s been equally rewarding. Thank you so much for being here! It’s so much fun for me and I truly hope that each episode adds value for you on your success journey.

One: Big Leaps to Future Financial Freedom
Two: Build an Unstoppable Team
Three: Grow Confidence in Your Leadership Skills
Four: Work Less & Achieve More
Today’s episode is logged under Grow Confidence In Your Leadership Skills!
I’m sharing the number one question that always stumps my high-achieving, ambitious, life-long-learner, direct sales leaders.
And it’s no accident I paired these two things together for this episode: accomplishing one year with my podcast and this question that stumps the leaders I work with. It’s a big accomplishment for me. Yes, it’s work. But it is so much fun.
I truly enjoy sharing high-value, practical content with you each week. And yes, it is work. Few people commit to doing something completely outside their comfort zone, commit for an entire year, ride the ups and downs, AND follow through.
I know! I’m not excluded from the rarity of this. So, how will I celebrate this milestone?
This is the #1 question that always stumps the high achievers I work with. When they accomplish something significant I always ask “How will you celebrate?”
I often don’t get an answer. This is typically for two reasons. One reason is that some are still verbalizing their excitement about their accomplishment. They don’t truly hear the question or take it seriously, at first.
The second reason is that they don’t recognize the accomplishment for what it is. It’s easy to be too close to it to see it. It’s easy to get on with the next thing. It’s easier to celebrate others for their accomplishments. It’s not widely practiced to pause, recognize, and celebrate.
It’s so important. You guys. Your role is all about personal development. Celebrating your accomplishments, big or small, outward facing or something only you know about, is a big part of personal growth.
When you can pause and recognize
“Hey, this is growth, this is me responding differently, this is me handling a tough situation differently, this is me persevering, this is me having a tough conversation I would have typically shied away from, this is me exceeding my wildest dreams, this is me going completely out of my comfort zone, this is me finally following through…
this is all something to celebrate! Make a big deal out of it! Get every ounce of personal growth out of your hard work and own it for what it is you’re working toward.
Don’t dismiss it. Don’t disregard it. Don’t miss the opportunity to celebrate you.
So, how will I celebrate the accomplishment of hitting one year with my podcast? I plan to take a few hours off to sit at the beach and simply enjoy some downtime.

Welcome to episode 51! I’m so glad you’re here today! We’re talking about eliminating chaos as a leader in direct sales.
This is a crucial part of being able to realize your most important, biggest goals for your business and for you personally.
You can find the full transcript at crazybigdreams.biz/51.
The first step is to identify for yourself what chaos looks like in your life and business. I urge you to take a step back to get a true look at how this is showing up for you.
It’s incredibly common, as high achievers, busy moms, and ambitious, successful women to have a high tolerance for chaos. But oftentimes, before we know it, it’s built up and we’ve been a high-functioning leader with an ability to live and work with a good deal of chaos.
Totally normal. Not ideal. Because it’s not sustainable. We get burnt out. We get tired. We start looking for ways to buffer the chaos. We end up just trying to get to the end of the day, to the next appointment, to the upcoming weekend.
Your first step is to identify what the chaos is for you. Both in your life and in your business. Because what chaos feels like for one leader isn’t the same for another. Some thrive in chaos. Others very much do not.
Where is chaos currently showing up for you?
I’m going to ask you to take a look at different areas of your life, your home, and your work. I want you to look at the most common areas this happens for leaders.
As we’re going through these spaces pay attention to how you respond to these examples. Which ones are eliciting the strongest reactions, the most uncomfortable sensations, what’s repelling you? Ready?
The first area: Your home. Where are there physical spaces of chaos? Your entryway? Is it where everybody drops items and goes their separate ways?
Is it your office space? Does it capture your personality and does the workspace flow with how you spend your time? Do you feel drawn in and energized when you walk into your workspace?
What about that room in your home, that closet, or the drawers you’re avoiding because it’s a catch-all, it’s cluttered and not organized?
How about the inside of your pantry? The inside of your refrigerator. All of these spaces and places are important because we’re in them every day, multiple times a day. And if we’re not, it’s because we’re avoiding them, like those closets. It hangs over our heads and drains our energy.
Next area: your technology. Is your laptop organized? Is your desktop a catch-all or do you have a system to save and store your documents, downloads, and pictures?
What about your phone? Are you in a chronic state of low storage space? Is the screen cracked? Do you need a new case or protector?
This next one is a big one: Relationships. What relationships in your life hold a space of chaos for you right now? Is it a friendship that occasionally drains you when this person pops into your life?
Or is it a close family member where there’s simply always drama? Maybe there’s a family member that’s left you feeling hurt and disappointed because she or he isn’t capable of giving you what you truly need.
Relationship chaos is a big one. I haven’t worked with anyone that is free from chaos in this area. Know you’re not alone. It can be quite draining to endure relationship chaos. It can also be incredibly freeing to address this type of chaos.
Let’s take a closer look at your business. I already mentioned your office space, both your home office space and your phone.
Welcome to episode 50! How exciting is this?! I’m so glad you’re here. I feel really inspired to share these strategies with you on FOCUS!
Grab a pen! And if you’re driving while listening or can’t be note-taking right now know you can find the full transcript of this episode at crazybigdreams.biz/50.
Okay! FOCUS! Depending on what time of the year it is for you when you’re listening to this FOCUS is something that comes up quite often for my high-achieving leaders. Know it’s common to struggle with focus.
Whether there’s a holiday coming up with a frenzy in the air that has you ancy, you have sick kiddos, or you’re maybe feeling a little less than inspired, I have strategies for you!
Five of them! And they fit perfectly with FOCUS as an acronym. Let’s start with the letter F.
Focus: F is first things first. I hear myself saying this to my 5-year-old all the time, but I’m really saying it to myself. Ha! One thing at a time. First things first. Focus. If you’re not already in the habit of making a list every morning and night this is a great time to start!
List all the business building and business tasks you need to focus on. Prioritize the list. What has to happen today? What has to happen first?
I know this isn’t a new strategy. But in times of frenzy, difficult circumstances, or simply feeling uninspired, this helps tremendously to get a foundation for how you’ll spend your time when you make time for your business.
F is for First things First.
On to O. O is for Overcome. There will be something you will need to overcome to stay focused. Maybe something little. Maybe something big. When you set your mind to the fact that obstacles will emerge. Tricky circumstances will arise. Times get tough. You know this.
To stay focused you will need to overcome these. In fact, these situations will sharpen your focus. You can choose to rise to the occasion. Whatever you’re faced with and whenever it occurs you’ll be ready because you’ll be anticipating there will be something. And you’ll be ready!
O is for Overcome.
Let’s talk about C. C is for Care. You have to care that your focus isn’t where it could be. You have to care about how this impacts your results. Not just your business results, but the result of how you show up for yourself and for your team.
And I know you do. So take a minute. Think it through. Check-in with yourself on your level of care about each of these.
Once you get re-engaged and in action and having fun you’ll be so glad you did. This one is a lot like exercise.
C is for Care.
Next up is U. U is for Unstoppable. You know you are! The mission you’re on. The work that you’re doing. It matters. Your team. Your customers. Your company. They need you. You need to show up for yourself. Wavering focus comes with the journey. It’s totally part of the process because you’re in this for the long game.
Don’t forget you’re unstoppable. Do what you need to do with these five strategies to pull your focus up to where you feel good about it. Do what you need to do to feel unstoppable again. Change up your office space? Create a new playlist? Plan a co-working day with a team member or two? Maybe with your mentor?
What would get you re-committed to your focus and feeling unstoppable again?
U is for Unstoppable.
Last but not least. S. S is for Savvy, of course. My whole focus is helping you, high achievers, transfer belief and resilience to your team by becoming savvier leaders.
For more on being a savvy leader in Direct Sales go to crazybigdreams.biz/50.
Hey savvy leaders! Here we are for episode 49! Thank you so much for tuning in and letting me be part of your journey.
Today we’re talking about clarity. Your clarity. The undeniable, crystal clear, unwavering, and purely transparent clarity for yourself and what you’re really going after.
You can find the full transcript of today's episode at crazybigdreams.biz/49.
I was working with a client and I asked her “What is the single most critical thing you need to know right now that would help you achieve your top goal?” She said “Clarity on what I’m really going after.”
I have a dear lifelong friend, who told me once, in a very blunt way, “there’s no excuse for not knowing what you want.” Ouch! Right!?! It stopped me in my tracks. I never had anyone say that to me before. And he is a dear and caring friend. So I know he was saying it with compassion in a supportive way.
Just as I’m sharing with you now, with all my compassion and support. There is no excuse for not knowing what you want. And I’m here to walk you through the steps that will help you gain that clarity.
Please know there are valid reasons we may not be crystal clear on this. It’s incredibly common. It’s simply not a fun place to be stuck in. Each of us can do the work to determine just what it is we truly want, with clarity. It’s often not something we solve on our own.
First, know that the reasons you’re not clear on what you’re really going after aren’t relevant right now. You don’t have to know how or why you got here to be able to take steps to move forward and get clarity. Yay! Right?!
It’s incredibly helpful to have an opportunity just like this. Someone to walk you through a few strategies to get you started and thinking in the right direction. You’re in good hands. Stick around.
First things first you have to know what you value. I know this seems like a big, ambiguous topic. But it’s crucial. Your personal values are your compass. They can guide you, your decisions, how you spend your time, what you say yes to and what you say no to. It’s a non-negotiable for me that you know your personal core values.
It’s also easy to adopt values that come with important roles in your life. Businesswoman, partner, spouse, parent. Don’t let these roles overshadow and represent your personal values as an individual.
