35 : 👩‍👧‍👧Now that all my girls are out of diapers and are fully functional mini adults, I find myself spending more time in the bathroom.

I don't need to rush out of the bathroom because a child is screaming for me at the top of her lungs.⠀

It's so important for us women to take time out to take care of ourselves.

At the end of the day, we really don't want to become cracky bitches. It's not fun being one and it's definitely not fun being around one.⠀

If you don't enjoy spending time with you then why would others?⠀

Finding time to rejuvenate your body, mind and soul.

Going with the flow means be one with the flow.⠀

It's paramount that you carve out time for you and you alone.⠀ ⠀

34: 🌈Over the next few months and perhaps for the rest of the year, I'm going to constantly remind all of you (including me!) to be aligned with the soul.⠀

I'm so done with all the business strategies here and there! This era of strategies is OVERRRrrrRRr!⠀

As we approach the Age of Aquarius, it sounds fancy but to be it basically means the era of TRUTH!

Everything is coming up to the surface to be healed and released.⠀

As we mature as a species, we're now able to open up to taboo subjects and accept them.

It's not like there wasn't any one NOT going through depression during our grandmother's era but it was frowned upon in the past so no one talked about it.⠀

Instead of pointing fingers at addicts, we're now more compassionate towards them as we now know they're struggling with themselves.

So therefore, it's time to see and accept ourselves for who we are and we don't need to adhere to any success blueprints or strategies to become successful.⠀

I no longer look or check in with what other people are doing. I keep my eyes on my own prize and take one step at a time.⠀

So how can I follow their way of doing things?⠀

Have a think about it.⠀

33: 🙏They say praying is talking to God and meditation is listening to God.⠀

There's a still voice within all of us that's consistent, gentle and firm at the same time.

I've learned to listen to my intuition even though it doesn't make any logical sense because I'm so done with doing things my way and get bruised real bad!⠀

I suppose that was the only way my intuition could get my attention and OH BOY! It did.

So, now I'm 100% obedient to my intuition.

It never leads me astray.⠀

32: 🙏As long as you're still breathing and alive, God isn't done with you yet and your mission isn't done.⠀

The world needs you to be you. Oprah is already taken.⠀

You'll be amazed and surprised how your story can connect with another human on a deeper level

I don't know about you but I'm so done with superficial small talks.

Otherwise I can google it for myself if I really wanted to know about the weather.⠀

Even if you're on social media, you can still open up and just be you.⠀

We can bridge the gap by speaking our truth.⠀

31: 🌌Everything you desire is on another frequency so technically, all you need to do is to tune and shift your frequency to match up with your desires.⠀

You're the one sabotaging yourself by holding on to an old identity and dysfunctional belief system.

There's no way anyone can manifest abundance from a place of lack.⠀

I know it's really hard to believe that we truly deserve abundance when our personal life experiences tells us otherwise.

So this is where you need to ask yourself what belief systems got you here.⠀

31: Since time isn't linear which means all past, present and future are happening right now.⠀

In a nutshell, the Universe doesn't hear your words.⠀ ⠀

The Universe responds to the dominate emotion that you're offering.⠀

That's why in order to change your future, you need to be aware of what you unconsciously believe you deserve.

You need to check in with your energy vortex everyday, clean it up so that you're sending out only loving vibes.

The secret to manifest isn't in what you do but what you believe you ultimately deserve.⠀⠀

30: "Your opinions don't pay my bills" is my latest fav mantra.⠀

Everyone has an opinion and everyone is so ready to offer one!

I wished these people would just pay more attention to minding their own business rather than mine but these people do exist and there's no way you can get rid of them.⠀

Because these days, I'm really watching my stress level. I want to live on for a long time and why should I compromise and sacrifice my health for people who I don't know.

Like I told you, I used to have a need to be right and liked! 2 most deadly "sins" if you ask me.⠀

I missed the mark by not putting myself and sanity first.

Self betrayal is the worst form of betrayal. And this ain't happening no more.⠀

It's my job and responsibility to be happy.

So... your opinions don't pay my bills and mine don't pay for yours either.⠀

29: We're living in exciting times - where for the first time in history the age old paradigms and structures are FINALLY breaking and crumbling.

This will seem and look scary from the outside because the world seems to be falling apart. 

💁‍♀️What is falling apart is the old structures and you know demo day is a messy day.

It's ok to be scared because we haven't lived through a time such as this and everyone is just as new to this new energy.

So don't bother looking left or right because it's going to be back to bind leading the blind.

No one said you've got to have everything figured out.

You just need to hold the space for yourself and your community while we figure this out together.

Therefore, this isn't the time to be politically correct. We need to address and speak up on topics that are difficult.⠀

And even though collective we may have demanded for a change but egos don't like change.

Leave these people alone. There's no point trying to convenience people who don't wish to seek enlightenment at this point of time.⠀

You job to pay attention to those who are lost but would like to be found.

I've been talking about very uncomfortable topics lately and I've personally experienced the pushbacks and triggers from people.

I'm not here to be politically correct so that you will like me. That's my job to like me - not you.⠀

If we think we know it all, then we stop ourselves from growing.⠀

It's impossible to know it all even though we live in an information overload era.

On another note, there's also no excuse why you don't know certain thing because there's a ton of information out there.

Being ignorant should almost be a crime.⠀

28: 💁‍♀️I've been talking about forgiveness lately because I've recently reaped the rewards of forgiveness.

I've been unable to forgive myself and this particular individual for at least 2 years!

It's crazy and it was more of a punishment for me for making the wrong decision than it is punishing the other person.

As I'm turning 40 in less than a year, (WHAT!!!???) I'm starting to rethink my priorities and how I would like to live for the rest of my life.

I've heard many many many spiritual teaches talk about forgiveness but it was still so hard for me to let go.

Well, thanks to getting older and really feeling the clock ticking, I've finally decided to live and let live.

And now that I've created the space, I'm welcoming more good things to show up in my life and things are already shifting right before my eyes.

As Wayne Dyer said that we cannot manifest out desires and judge another child of God.

I know it's really hard to do but everyone is a child of God.

Everyone is given the gift of FREEWILL but none of us are free from the consequences.

So just be you let the past go doesn't mean karma isn't watching. It's not your job to play to pay back game.

Otherwise this cycle will never break.

Do you want to happy or do you want to be right.

It's completely up to you.

27: Keyboard warriors!⠀

They have no facts. To shut them up, question their statements or bring out the facts.

I used to be mildly afraid to call them out but no longer.

It's so easy to judge other people's lives and then give your opinion what they should or shouldn't do.

I've had one person who told me that I will be punished for deciding on my abortion one day before God.

Well, I told her straight up that I hope she hasn't sinned once in her life because according to what she had said, she'll get the same treatment too!⠀

So, we should just mind our own business and stop trying to play God.⠀

We don't know what's the soul contract between he/r and God!

Sometimes a divorce is needed to save a live or a few lives.

Sometimes an abortion is needed for whatever reason we cannot fathom.

So, let's be more compassion because one day we'll need it ourselves.⠀
