The Yoga Well Podcast

Creating Community Around Your Practice with Jeannie Turner

Listen Later

Our Viniyoga podcast is a space for engaging yoga philosophy for modern life, though the nature of podcasting is one-sided. We speak and you listen. Your voice and experience is an important piece of these discussions. Join the conversation in how engaged community enriches the mindfulness of personal practice. Yoga functions as an exploration of our being and a genuine expression of self.

Let's explore the magic of human connection that happens in community and the healing happens in relationship. Jeannie Turner, Yoga Therapist, and Yoga Well's Executive Director, Chase Bossart discuss the importance of personal connection through examples of Yoga Well's weekly classes and Yoga Therapist trainings. Chase closes with a chant from a section of the Taittrīya-upaniṣat that we frequently chant in classes together as it illustrates the sanctity of relationship.
