New segment on the show: Peek behind the curtain into what a coaching call sounds and feels like!
In this episode, we go deep into “E’s” anxiety within dating. We explore the origins of her attachment wounds and how it impacts her ability to connect with someone she is dating. For her, she picks up on the smallest changes in behavior in the person she is seeing and tells herself the story that “They don’t care about me.”
Together we worked with a few tools and practices to help alleviate this and get her needs met in relationship.
During the session, we also explore:
Highlights:

In this episode, I dive into the three levels of intervention that can help you overcome a pattern or habit that's holding you back from your full potential.
We start by understanding how habits are formed and how emotional and behavioral feedback loops are created and maintained in our minds and bodies.
I discuss the importance of creating space between stimulus and response, also known as the sacred pause. Then, I move on to the second level of intervention, which is awareness. This involves recognizing the pattern or habit and becoming mindful of when and why it occurs.
Finally, I explore the third level of intervention - interrupt. This involves taking steps to interrupt the pattern or habit and practicing new behavior consistently over time to make it a permanent part of your routine.
Throughout the episode, I provide tangible examples and a somatic practice to help you implement these levels of intervention in your life.
If you want to improve your relationships or change recurring patterns, this episode is for you. Join us as we dive into the three levels of change to create conscious and lasting change in your life!
Highlights:
(01:14) Learn about the 3 levels of intervention to make change happen
(02:22) Prioritizing and processing information to create feedback loops of habits
(05:05) How childhood experiences shape our habits and patterns as adults
(07:26) The 3 key intervention points to change your patterns and loops
(08:20) Example of being stuck in a pattern and how to intervene for change

Hanna shares her personal story and highlights the importance of a deeper understanding of oneself in cultivating lasting change. We explore common fears that arise when stepping into leadership, the sacred responsibility of space holding, and the power of depth work.
Our conversation explores these topics and more...
