To commemorate our 20th episode, I decided to give you a little more background on my experience in real estate, and how I got to where I am today. I know you probably don't want to hear me talk for 45 minutes, but I think I was able to bring up a ton of good pointers on what NOT to do when buying an investment property. It most definitely has not been an easy journey, but I have learned a TON. I hope today, that I can share some of the hard lessons I had to learn with my first ever real estate investment, so that you can avoid paying the same price that I did.

Just two and a half years ago, my wife and I went from W-2 enthusiasts to hardcore entrepreneurs who knew there was more out there for us. I hope this story resonates with some of you, and gives you the courage to begin investing in real estate so that you can quit your W-2 and spend more time with the people you love.
