Aaron Hale is a 14 year veteran of both the Navy and Army, had deployed once to Iraq and was on his second mission to Afghanistan when an IED took his eyes and ended his operational career as an EOD Team Leader. Instead of allowing himself to become a victim, he sees his injury as an example of divine direction and began teaching at the EOD school as he awaited military retirement. He eventually got into real estate and tried different niches where he has done out-of-state, online auction, hard money, private money, BRRRR, all in his first deal. He then cashed out to buy a duplex and a SFR BRRRRNB. He wanted more capital and deal flow, and started a land flipping business with a fellow wounded service member nearing his retirement. Now, they will be wholesaling homes and land, keeping one to BRRRRNB from time to time, with a large multifamily as the long view.

Aaron also shared with us his story and how he was able to always live the "Challenge Accepted!" mindset despite all that he has been through.
