Taking all of the bits of the daily practices I have embarked upon and pulling a few of them out to reflect on. Then using those practices to create a new experience. I'm having so much fun! I would love to hear how you layer the bits of your creative work into something new.

Taking time to reflect back over this past year and noticing how the seasons affect schedules. Honoring the schedules that are most resonant in order to put together classes for the coming year. Creating on so many levels.

Stepping into using my voice. Stepping into creating sounds. Noticing the perfectionistic tendencies of using my voice. Leaning into that and beginning to create soundscapes based on what I hear around me.

Taking the time to invite myself to actually write out what brings me joy. Mine for the things throughout the day that I notice make me happy.

Falls upon us here in the northern hemisphere. This is always a time where I get back to my schedule. Writing things out and increments to be sure that I get to my creative work. How about you? How do you enter into fall? What do you put into place to have a successful start?

When you think of your soul's wheelhouse what do you picture? What do you believe the soul is? How do you connect in with your soul and know what it wants? These are some questions I ponder as I think about my soul's wheelhouse.

Making decisions from a relaxed place versus making decisions out in the busy over culture world. How do you differentiate between setting boundaries and being prepared for instant decisions?

Being present even when the emotions are big. Taking time to allow. Living in that liminal space... The space in between... the dawn and the dusk of life.

Do one small thing each day. Let that be enough. Knowing that you have created something for yourself. Centering yourself in the knowledge that you have taken care of you. What might show up?

Connecting in with reflecting on dreams from childhood and noticing what still lies within that wants to be brought forward into the space of the future. During this past 21-day session of elemental observations there is a big focus on reflection and space as images. Metaphorically, how do these play out in the present moment? What can we glean from images in order to bring ideas into being? What does it mean to reflect? How do we connect in with the greater space of the future? These are the ideas I ruminating on...
