Colette’s background is first and foremost in business. She didn’t set out to be a Mentor and Leadership Coach, but as she built her leading property investment business over 25 years she discovered a passion for people and an interest in their state of mind. 

She began mentoring employees to improve their sales performance, resilience and wellbeing at work to help them perform at their very best. This role naturally resonated with her and she was inspired to embark on a learning journey to understand how people's minds work and what makes them tick.
