The London Marathon is an incredible spectacle each and every year with 10s of thousands of athletes and millions of spectators. 

However, this year is a little different as the global pandemic has resulted in the race being conducted as an elite race only for both men and women.

In this episode Sam, Ross and Lloyd predict finishing times, talk about how they have kept their athletes motivated and how fast they think Kipchoge will go over the 19 laps of St James' Park on Sunday 4th October.
