ACLU gets a response from Chief Edward Flynn, of Milwaukee Police Department, over their complaints. The guys discuss the morale of police and patrol officers when supervisors and higher rank officials support their officers vs. those who bow down to political correctness. An update on Chicago's murder rate is not surprising and Richard reads a story about a man slugging a bat at the doors of the police station. Richard wraps the show up by watching a video of officers who show tremendous restraint, to the point where the suspect takes a hostage.

The guys talk about how Ducktales, aired in Soviet Union, worked as a better curfew than the curfew itself. Then they wrap up the show by watching another rioter get humbled by the police.
