Fresh off a NZIFBB Bodybuilding competition, Dan Sharplin shares his journey from getting an ACL injury and going from 100kgs to about 70kgs in just over a year. He explains the process leading up to the competition and different phases of preparation. Ultimately, he talks about how becoming a body builder has helped with his self conscious and Mental Health.

I sat down and had a chat with Maori All Black, Highlander and Crusaders Rob Thompson. He opens up about his childhood and how he found being a small fish in a big pond. It took him working for his mother in distribution to figure out he wanted to play Rugby professionally; this is all. before he went to Christchurch to catch up with a mate and never returned home. 12 months later he was starting for the Crusaders in Super Rugby.
