Rich is known in the CrossFit community for winning four back-to-back CrossFit Games championships as an individual and six Affiliate Cup Championships. He is the founder of CrossFit Mayhem and Mayhem Athlete, based in Cooksville, TN.

Rich shares his thoughts on the future of CrossFit,  his hunting passion, and why faith and family have made him who he is today.
