With fares as low as 99 euros for a transatlantic flight, long distance travel has never been cheaper. It's a market that's attracting many of the traditional carriers such as Air France, and IAG - which owns British Airways and Iberia. They're trying to get in on the act pioneered by the likes of Norwegian Air, one of the trailblazers in the sector.
