I had the opportunity to meet with my good friend and colleague, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Nadirah Langston. Nadirah gives insight to the development of true relationships in order to find your perfect match #relationshipgoals. Nadirah Langston is a NY licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has been working in the mental health field for the past 6 years and each client she had has made the experience worth it! Ms. Langston has worked in various settings such as private practice, community clinics and IOP. She specializes in anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship concerns, sex therapy, identity, Christian counseling, substance abuse, etc. Her approach is that she wants to meet the clients where their needs are and help them feel empowered in their lives.
